Job Description:
Spedag  Interfrieght is recruiting  suitable applicants  to fill the above  post .
Responsibilities
•    Ensure that  the  Finance  and  Commercial  teams  operate  in accordance with  the  Credit policy
•    Pro-actively  manage the  debt portfolio  to deliver agreed performance levels

•    Drive  improvements  in  DSO  and  aged debt  metrics to achieve  agreed goals
•    Minimize  bad  debts  through strong  risk  management  and  cash  collections
•    Prepare  management  reports  and  presentations

Qualifications and skills
•    Degree in Business  with a  bias  in accounting
•    Qualification  or  working  towards qualification  as a  Chartered  Accountant  is an added  advantage
Experience
•    Extensive  experience  of at least  4 years  in  particular  with team  management
Essential  Skills
•    Ability  to  interact  with the  wider business units  and be able  to mitigate credit  risk
•    Highly  motivated  and  organized
•    Strong  leadership  skills  with  ability  to influence  and negotiate 
•    Ability  to effectively  communicate
